Hi Ladies!

I am on week 2 of couch to 5K (finally) and while I love the podcast I got for free off itunes I am wondering what do you listen to while you run? The music this podcast uses is not really great, but I like that he times the intervals for me. Any thoughts? Maybe someone has found a better podcast? Thanks!

I had my brother download a bunch of songs on mine so I can always flip to something else if I don't want to hear what comes on next. My music varies from ACDC to current hip hop and techno songs. Most are ones with a really fast beat to inspire me to do foot strikes with the beat (or bike with the beat, etc).

This may sound silly, but I love running to Britney Spears. Her music (however crappy it may be) has such a get up and go vibe to it.
